During your first login, you will be presented with a step-by step enrollment for 2-step verification. 2-step verification, also referred to as two-factor authentication, is an extra layer of security required at login beyond the initial username and password. 2-step verification requires you to enter a unique code following initial login. The unique code must be generated and delivered to you one of three ways: voice or text (most common), Authy (a mobile application), or an alternative Authenticator app.

You can select to be remembered on trusted devices. When you enter your code for the first time on a new device, you'll see an option to select “Don’t ask for codes again while using this browser.”

To find your statements in the new dashboard, select an account, then select eStatements. Although you must enter by selecting an individual account, you will be able to see all accounts once you have made it to the eStatements section.
